I had a decent stay at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim, primarily due to its close proximity to Disneyland, which was only about a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the breakfast options. However, the room itself felt outdated, with signs of wear and tear and an overcrowded layout that made it hard to move around comfortably.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in had comfortable beds but felt like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. The decor was dated, and I noticed peeling wallpaper and old carpet. The bathroom wasn’t well-maintained, which was disappointing.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always available to help with any inquiries, which made for a positive experience despite some of the room's issues.
Location
8.0
The location near Disneyland was a huge advantage. It was easy to walk to the gates, making my visits to the park convenient. The quiet area around the hotel also made for a nice evening stroll.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet was decent, offering a variety of options. However, it was a bit surprising that I had to pay for all breakfast meals, even for my child, which seemed a bit pricey.
Facilities
5.0
While the pool and gym looked good, I was disappointed to learn that the pool heater was broken during my stay. The additional amenity fee felt unjustified when I couldn’t use those facilities.

7.0/10

I had a somewhat mixed experience at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim. While the location was convenient, being about a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland, I faced some issues with amenities and service. The beds were comfy, and the restaurant offered decent food, but I was disappointed with the bathroom faucet breaking and some misleading charges for amenities.

Rooms
5.0
The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave, but felt a bit dated and cramped, with a musty smell in the hallways. I also experienced a broken bathroom faucet on the last night, which was frustrating.
Service
6.0
The staff, particularly at the bar and restaurant, were friendly and accommodating, though the front desk could have been more straightforward about the additional charges we faced for amenities.
Location
6.0
The hotel is reasonably close to Disneyland, which was great for park visits. However, the actual distance felt longer than expected, especially with kids in tow. At least there’s a shuttle available for a small fee.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet was decent and reasonably priced, a good option before heading to the parks, but it could have offered more variety. The bar had great drink prices compared to downtown Disney.
Facilities
5.0
I was disappointed by the amenity fees since some facilities like the pool were out of service during my stay. The parking fee was also an added cost I wasn’t anticipating.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim. The location was fantastic, close enough to Disneyland that I could walk there in about 15 minutes, which was a huge plus. However, the issues I encountered with service and amenities, like the broken hot tub and misleading information about additional fees, really impacted my overall impression. While the room was clean and had good family-friendly features, the lack of attention to maintenance was disappointing.

Rooms
7.0
I found the room spacious with a separate sleeping area for the kids, which was great for our family. The mini fridge was handy, but it could have used a bit more cleaning since we noticed some dust.
Service
5.0
The service at check-in was not great; I dealt with staff who seemed curt and unhelpful. Additionally, my inquiries about the broken hot tub were met with resistance, which left me dissatisfied.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to Disneyland. It was about a long block walk to the park entrance, which made my visits very convenient after a day of fun.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast buffet had a decent variety, I was disappointed to find out the 'kids eat free' policy came with some restrictions that added costs unexpectedly. It didn't feel worth the price.
Facilities
5.0
The splash park and pool area looked nice, but my experience was marred by the hot tub being down for repairs and the pool not always being properly maintained. It wasn't the relaxing spot I hoped it would be.

I found the Disney princess suite to be cute and clean. but the room layout was inconvenient, especially with only one bathroom located in the kids' room, making it challenging to access during the night. Overall, though, the rooms felt updated and comfortable.

Being just a short walk to Disneyland was definitely a highlight. although it took longer than expected to get to the park entrance, around 20-30 minutes, which is something I would consider for future trips.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it had great options that changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I was disappointed that my kids could not eat from the buffet without an extra charge, despite the original 'kids eat free' offer.

The hotel had nice amenities including a splash park and a good pool. access to laundry services was a bonus for my family during our stay, even if parking had an additional fee.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim. The Mickey-themed suite was adorable and perfect for my nieces, but I was disappointed when the splash park was out of order. The walking distance to Disneyland was longer than expected, and the breakfast arrangements for kids could have been better. Overall, it was suitable for our short trip, but there are some things to consider if you're staying longer.

Rooms
6.0
The Mickey-themed suite was charming and well-decorated, with a comfortable sofa sleeper. However, the size was a bit cramped for a family.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, but my concerns about the splash park were met with vague answers and no follow-up.
Location

The hotel was advertised as being close to Disneyland, but it took us 20-30 minutes to walk to the entrance, which was longer than I had anticipated.
Dining

The buffet breakfast was fantastic and offered a variety of fresh options, but the kids' breakfast choices were limited and ended up being costly if they wanted to eat from the buffet.
Facilities

The splash park was a big reason for my stay, but it was out of order, which was disappointing. There was also an additional fee for amenities like laundry.
